See below for descriptions of common areas and number of cycles commonly used. We almost always recommend a retreat of the same area at the 30-day, 60-day and sometimes 90-day mark. 

For example, a lower abdomen would use 2 cycles on the first visit and we would recommend a second round, possibly third and fourth visit of 2 cycles,, meaning you would purchase a total of  4-8  cycles for this area.

Approximate number of cycles per area:

• Lower Abdomen: 2 cycles
• Upper Abdomen: 2 cycles
• Love handles: 2 cycles
• Bra Fat: 2 cycles
• Outer Thighs or Hips: 2 cycles
• Chin: 1-2 cycles
